Food was great. But no idea which food was which. We ordered takeout for several folks and it was all put in one container with no identification of different flavors. So no idea what I preferred which would be preferable before ordering again.

Delicious pupusas! Good size and lower in cost than others in same area. Delicious cured cabbage topping! Wonderful corn and chicken tamales, Salvadorian style. Hard to.find parking but worth the wait. And weekends, very busy, be prepared to wait in lines.

Man I love this place I've been ordering pupusas from here since I started working off hillcroft. Affordable thick and delicious Their pickled cabbage and spicy salsas are delicious! I always get the revueltas Combo pupusa or when I'm feeling gluttonous I'll get the large cheese pupusa with an order of the fried chicharones and eat it wrapped up I always pre order cause they can get super busy!

This a bustling popular place. It is very inexpensive and simply delicious authentic food. We chose a chicharron y queso pupusa which comes with a side of slaw and hot sauce. It is like a stuffed corn pancake.

While the name of the restaurant might not be particularly imaginative, this neighborhood Salvadoran eatery certainly delivers with a variety of piping-hot pupusas (and when I say piping hot, my goodness do they come out hot - use the accompanying curtido - a slaw - to regulate the temperature in your mouth). The plantains with cream are a delicious accompaniment. I also tried a chicken tamale but was a bit underwhelmed - I'll stick with the pupusas and plantains.

Delicious pupusas made to order. My favorite is the bean, cheese and pork, but the loroco is good too. They come out piping hot and so tasty! The curtido served with the pupusas is super fresh and the salsa complements the pupusas perfectly! Definitely my go to place when I'm craving pupusas.

Good and filling food. I recommend trying the pupusa here. The pastelitos is also good. Tamale de pollo is ok. Make sure to try their refresco. This place can become a regular if I live in the area.

Eight years later, this isn't a buffet restaurant anymore as Pupusa Buffet is now shortened to simply Pupusa. Not sure if they are still part of the Cocina Latina chain, since I order everything through delivery apps these days and can't view the paper menus. Besides, the cafeteria ambience encourages takeouts. What I like about this place is that the food is still cheap, there are plenty of options beyond pupusas, and I like the crisp fresh curtido and salsa. I really like their thick red bean tamales which are wrapped in banana leaves which impart their flavours further if you were to resteam or microwave them. I also like that they have ayote (squash) pupusas in addition to the traditional vegetarian options of loroco and beans.
